| Happy Days in run by Alison Elbaz, originally from England, where she worked as a nanny and studied Child Play Therapy. Alison was the first person in England under the age of 25 to receive Child Counselor qualification, after which she worked as a Child Play Group leader. Alison came to Israel in 1996, met her husband and settled in Tel Mond. She then studied language acquisition for children from bi-lingual families - specializing in ways to successfully teach children two languages. In 2000 Alison fulfilled her dream and opened up Happy Days Gan. Happy Days was the first English speaking gan in the area. In 2004 Happy Days moved to larger premises. In addition to Alison there are also wonderful, warm assistants at Happy Days. The ratio is approximatley 1 assistant to 6 children. All of the assistants have lots of experience working with children and are all English speakers. |
